Spiro

Earthly high mass / Aardse hoogmis

~ a ceremony of femininity, fertility and joy ~

Spiro, I breathe, I live
Staring up high
Watching the sky
A streak of fire: your breath
from your mouth through mine
Embracing the earth
My pounding heart
In the soil of my garden
Whispered words from your mouth
Filling my lungs

~ We need to reconnect air and earth ~

Why is traditional religion

always about sin?

We think we see
but we are blinded.
We feel a detail.
and think we have understood everything.
How original!
How... sinfull!

Bookshop Dominicanen invites Mother Earth in person to celebrate a new kind of mass. What if our breath and heartbeat become the essence of vital liturgy?

Please be welcome and participate in the premiere of our Earthly High Mass.
